How it works

1. Landlords and property managers in the service area post homes for rent. Listings are reviewed before they show.
2. Renters search, save searches and message landlords for free. Renters never pay this site.
3. Messages go through this site. Neither side sees the other's email address.
4. Some landlords take applications here. Any application fee is paid to the landlord and may not be more than the cap the law sets for the area.
5. Landlords may pay a flat price to feature a listing. This site never charges a fee tied to a signed lease.
