Terms

1. Lanombre Rentals publishes listings written by its members. We are not a real estate broker or agent. We do not negotiate leases, show homes, draft leases or collect rent or deposits.
2. Renters never pay to see, search, save or contact listings.
3. Landlords are responsible for their listings, for following fair housing, deposit, screening fee, rent cap and other housing laws, and for telling the truth about the home.
4. Featured listings are a flat advertising price and are not refunded once the listing has been featured.
5. We may hide or remove any listing, close any account, and report fraud to the authorities.
6. Lanombre Rentals does not produce or sell tenant screening reports. Any screening is done by a screening company the applicant authorizes directly.
